Fine Food Australia will be in Sydney from 12-15 September this year. The show will fill all six halls of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour, featuring almost 900 exhibitors from 25 different countries. The show will be the launch pad for Confoil's new printed muffin wraps. Until now, these elegantly styled, yet highly practical, muffin wraps have only been available plain and Confoil's national sales manager, Danny Maher admits they've been kept a little quiet. "The muffin wraps are so versatile and attractive, they've taken off without us promoting them at all and we have had to add production capacity to keep up with demand," he said. "Bakers have asked for more versions, so we've responded with a mini size wrap and now offer the ability to print logos and designs on them too." New clip-on lids for the dual ovenable Dualpak food tray will also be released at Fine Food Australia. These new lids hook securely around Dualpak's lip for a very reliable closure, according to national sales manager, Danny Maher. "Once you've snapped these lids on, they're on for good," he said, "and the beauty of them is that you don't need any special equipment to close your Dualpak containers." The crystal-clear clip-on lids are also a boon for presentation and their domed shapes offer extra capacity. This new combo pack of tray and lid is ideal for retailers offering takeaway and home meal replacement food options.
