Confoil are audited regularly by the below independent accreditation bodies as well as some of Australia’s largest brands and are ISO and HACCP certified, ensuring has a food safety management system which has been assessed and meets the requirements of ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-4:2013 and additional Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) (Version 5.1). This certification ensures our products are reliable, safe, consistent and meet customer expectations. All processes used by Confoil in its approach to food safety are of the highest priority and are embedded throughout our operating and manufacturing sites. Our products are supplied to food and catering industries throughout Australia, Asia, the Pacific Islands. Offshore, we also manufacture our products at our New Zealand site.
We were awarded ISO (International Standard Organisation) endorsement by Standards Australia in 1993. Full HACCP certification was obtained in 2000 while in 2015 Confoil obtained FSSC 22000 accreditation. The FSSC 22000 provides Food Safety Management System, a framework for effectively managing Confoil's food safety responsibilities. FSSC 22000 is fully recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
