Yes, we are an ISO and FSSC certified manufacturer. The FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System provides a framework for effectively managing Confoil's food safety responsibilities. FSSC 22000 is fully recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing Standards (ISO 22000:2005 and PAS 223:2011). It demonstrates our company has a robust Food Safety Management System in place that meets the requirements of our customers and consumers. No, unfortunately we are unable to break down stock to sell individual packs or products. All our online orders are sold as full cartons. Some of our products are available in smaller carton lots, known as retail packs or compact cartons (these are denoted as ‘R’ or ‘RP’ as an extension to the product code). Please select from the drop-down menu when viewing an individual product to see if the product you need is available in smaller carton lots.
In addition to Confoil’s extensive stock product range, we can also design and manufacture customised packaging unique to your exact specification and requirements. There are no additional costs for delivery. All our prices are inclusive of freight and GST charges – there are no hidden or extra costs at the checkout. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
For online orders, there is no minimum order quantity or minimum spend. Freight is inclusive in our prices, regardless of the amount you order.
For products in stock, delivery is usually between 5-10 business days. Please be aware that we despatch all our online orders from our warehouse located in Bayswater, Melbourne, Australia. You will receive an order confirmation and shipping details via email once your order has been processed. We use various freight companies throughout Australia, depending on the size of your order.
No, due to the nature of our products and size of cartons, we are only able to deliver to a physical address.
Regrettably, we do not permit the pick-up of orders. All our orders are despatched from our warehouse in Bayswater, Melbourne, and as such, OH&S and security regulations restrict the collection of goods from our busy warehouse. Please note that we do not have a direct to the public retail shop and we are unable to assist with walk-in orders. All orders should be placed via our website or alternately through contacting one of our distributors.

Yes, our Dualpak products are made of ovenable paperboard and are oven safe up to 220°c, they are also microwaveable. Additionally Dualpak trays can also be chilled and frozen.
We offer a range of plastic clip on lids with some of our products. Our plastic clips lids are not ovenable, however, lids which are denoted with a “LPP” are microwaveable.
Yes, our PET board lids are oven safe to a temperature of 220°c and microwaveable. They can also be chilled or frozen.

All requests for returns must be submitted in writing to our Customer Service team within 14 days of your order being delivered. Please send requests by email to customerservice@confoil.com.au
