Confoil offer complimentary delivery to our customers on all orders and order quantities.
Freight is generally sent via Direct Freight express. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, particularly to regional areas, however delivery is typically well within these time frames in metropolitan areas.
Tracking Your Order
Once you have completed and finalised your order online, you can expect to be sent an email that outlines the details of your order, as well as tracking information. With the instruction provided in the email, you will be able to easily track the status of your order in transit. If you do not receive the email, please ensure that you check our junk mail folder. Alternately, please call our friendly customer service team on 03 8720 1900.
Acceptance of Goods
Subject to any rights granted to the Purchaser under the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) or other consumer
- The Purchaser will be deemed to have accepted that any Goods supplied by Confoil are in accordance with the Purchaser’s order unless it notifies Con-foil in writing of its claim within 14 days of receipt of the Goods;
- The Purchaser will be deemed to have accepted all the details on an invoice provided by Confoil for the Goods as being correct unless it notifies Confoil in writing of its claim within 14 days of receipt of invoice;
- No return of Goods will be accepted by Confoil unless the Purchaser has requested and obtained authorisation from Confoil to return those Goods. Under no circumstances will Confoil accept Goods for return six (6) months after the purchase date. All freight for returns is at the Purchaser’s cost and the Purchaser will be charged a fee for Confoil’s repackaging of those Goods.
- Any Goods returned by the Purchaser to Confoil must be returned in the same order and condition as they were delivered to the Purchaser.
