The well-recognised and loved brand is a Master Baker and has been baking traditional family treats since 1941. Initially operating out of a small bake house during the war years, Heather Brae’s products can now be found in over 3000 supermarkets throughout Australia under both private label and the Heather Brae brand. Though their operations are now on a much larger scale, the company remains true to their core values and traditions as well as their prized family recipes. History has it that Heather Brae supplied biscuits to the Australian troops in the 1940s and that tradition continues even to this day.
