Confoil has been a proudly Australian owned and operated family business for 58 years, and our ties to the community in which we operate are strong. To us, healthy employees, a healthy environment and healthy communities are all interrelated and vital to our collective future. 

Confoil actively support a broad range of not for profit organisations who’s values are aligned with our own. Causes that are of particular importance to us are tackling waste issues and sustainability and food is security, in our local community and beyond.

ready Made Meals

Meals With Impact

Confoil has commenced a valuable relationship with Meals with Impact (MWI). MWI is a non for-profit, work integrated, social enterprise. Established in 2020, MWI was borne from a need to supply culturally appropriate meals to families during Covid lockdown. Our DualPakECO food trays support the development of the MWI ready meals range and employment of refugee women.

  • OzHarvest

    For several years, we have worked with OzHarvest to support the industry leading work they have achieved in negating food waste and providing meals to many levels of the community. Confoil have been able to partner with OzHarvest through their community meals program, providing 5,000 foil trays and lids to allow for the preparation and takeaway of convenient ready meals for those in need.

  • Foothills Community Care

    Foothills Community Care provide meals, hospitality and a place to belong in the Dandenong Ranges and foothills area for those in need and facing regular food insecurity. In 2023, Foothills prepared and distributed 50,000+ meals and 15,000+ care packages. Confoil is proud to support the wonderful work that Foothills do in our local community, providing 30,000 DualPak trays and lids to support their worthy work

  • R U OK? Day

    R U OK? Day is a national day of action in September dedicated to reminding everyone to ask the question, “Are you OK?” and to remember every day of the year to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs. Confoil is a proud fundraising supporter of R U Ok? Day as well as supporting their messages in our workplace.
